Roland ColorCamm PC-60 output

I just picked up this Printer and am having some trouble with it. Basically, this is what I'm trying to do:

Print/Cut some VERY basic Vector Images using Spot Colors, including White on Clear as a base.

I am running the machine on a stand alone Windows 98 platform that only has Adobe Photoshop with all of my files on it.

1.) I know this machine will cut from Illustrator, will it print/cut from Photoshop as well if I follow the same instructions for adding a cut border?

2.) I am looking at some of the refill Process colors available in a plethora of colors, how do I get these (non roland branded) cartridges to print spot? They are non-standard colors like Kelly Green, Peppermint, tomato, etc. Do I just put them in a "cyan" cartridge and set the spot color to print in Cyan for output?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just learning on this thing.

Oh - and I forgot :)

If I am doing a 3 color Spot print (say gold, black, red) how do I set the machine to print 1 color at a time? Is there an output setting to make it go back to origin so I can spot print the next layer?

need to use a vector based prog to use cut and spot colours, think its turn form feed off to return to origin

I have never had success cutting from photoshop.
Illustrator you set a color to be the "cut" line. It is set in the preferences of the printer within windows. Also set print & cut preferences there. Then when you go to print it does it for you.

As far as Spot Colors Go, I had this saved on my computer if it makes any sense.. haven't really printed spot.
All need to be in this order and in RGB ONLY as the driver will only recognise these values for each colour.

Red = 255-0-0
Green = 0-255-0
Blue = 0-0-128
Cyan = 0-255-255
Magenta = 255-0-255
Yellow = 255-255-0
Orange = 255-128-0
Black = 0-0-0
White = 255-255-255
Gold = 128-128-0
Silver = 128-128-128

to print in these colours you need to select from process cartridge
Y,M,C,K CR-MR Resin from drop down list
and then go to special and select the colour cartridge required.

Then UCR = Spot colour.
Make sure that all colour cartridges have the correct barcode labels on.
