Roland gx24 plotting issues

i own a roland GX24 camm 1 servo and all of my cuts are coming out in a 'pounce' type cut .....i have tried adjusting the blade depth, the blade pressure, and everything else in the manual....
i can't weed these pounces as the vinyl is cut without a clean line....there's a break in the line every cpl mm's, creating the pounce factor....
what do you suggest?
thanks, bill

Sounds like your cutter is receiving the wrong cutting information. You should be cutting at about 80 grams for premium vinyl. Try creating a new 6" circle in a new file and sent it to cut. See what you get.

New blade holder...New Strip..periodically, you should take the blade out of the machine, drop a bit of WD40 in the holder, let it sit for a few and blow it out with an air can.
