Roland Plotter Not Working with Onyx Thrive

We just retired our Roland printer but still have a Roland plotter. Other two printers we have use Onyx Thrive RIP. Can't get this to work for our Roland plotter. Briefly had it almost working except double cut everything. Anyone else have this issue? Techs seemed stumped. Hate to have to buy a new plotter too.

Not sure about the double cuts, but Onyx usually has the wrong port number by default for Roland machines when setting up.
It's been ~7 years since I've had to set one up, but I do recall having that issue. If it's set to 9100, change it to 515 or vice versa.
