Roland prints darker than it used to....

My SP540V has started printing everything darker then what it looks like on the screen.
It NEVER did this before and I did not change anything. Do you think it can be updates, the only other thing is maybe I changed something without knowing, but I doubt it.
I export everything as an .eps file out of corel, I have been doing everything the same for years and in the last 4-6 months my colors are just off, not ridiculous but like lavender prints more like plum everything just a few (too many) shades darker.
This is whether I create the artwork using the Roland pallet or when a customer send a file and I use whatever they sent.

Roland tech says experiment with different color profiles, why, never had to before, but I did anyway, nothing.

FRUSTRATING!

I am blaming it on updates but hope someone knows.
Thanks!

So I messed around a little more and it works OK if I plug in the Roland colors but hardly ever if I use any other pallet, that was never the case.
So Roland wants me to get a file for a designer that has a ton of colors and convert every single one to a Roland swatch color???? NO WAY!
There has to be a way to print close to what it looks like on screen, it used to work for me no problem.

You say it's darker than your monitor, well could it be the monitor has changed?

I have the SP540v also, however I use the i1 calibration system to adjust my monitor at least once a month because monitors tend to fade and change colors over time.

So, although I have not noticed any changes with VW updates, I do know you have to balance your monitor to match your printer, as part of your color management.
