Hello to everyone, this is the first time I am posting on a forum. If I said or done anything wrong, please forgive me. I have a Roland RF 640 with banding problem. The green color is suppose to be smooth, if looked closely there are green and black banding.

The printer was purchased new, been well maintain. It is about 2 years 8 months old. The banding was discovered during a trailer wrap printing about a month ago. Since the banding problem, I have changed the felt, rubber wiper, captop, all ink dampers and all 4 head-to-carriage board cable. The nozzle test print seen to be good.

I did have an independent service tech (referred by the closest Roland dealer nearest to me) came out and he found the problem, but he claims he doesn't know what caused it. The problem was found in the bidirectional adj. detailed test print. The No.1, No.2, and No.4 prints have a lighter line printed along the solid line, and No.2 is a lot farther apart then No.1 and No.4. The No.3 has no problem.

Sorry for multiple links, my files were too large to upload, and I don't what is the other way to post the pictures. If anyone can give me some light on this problem, I will be really appreciated. Thank you in advance!
