Roland soljet pro 2

hello i am new here and new from this business. can anyone help me how to fix my roland soljet pro 2 problem. the my magenta ink stop supply the head while printing. when I am doing a deep cleaning and do a print test. everything works fine but when i start to print the color magenta disappear. i dont know if the ink wont flow down the head. thank for anyone can help.

Do you use the original ink, or a third party ink? Do you use cartridges or an ink feeder? Have you replaced any ink damper or something of this kind shortly?

thanks for reply FrankW. i use third party ink and ink feeder. and ink damper has not been replace for almost a year maybe. but if i run a cleaning ink flow down smoothly. do you think is the damper need to replace?
