Hi
i have a Roland SP-300 i am new to printing but old to the industry, until this year i used to buy prints in since purchasing a company with a printer i am getting them done myself!.
i have a few issues i hope someone can help with
1. blocked black head (guess this is knackered now)
2. intermitant noisy motor (needs a new one but oil made it work for a bit,
3. encoder error message
i have been getting an encoder message and now prints come out as straight as a wave on the sea, i have tried cleaning the encoder strip with isp (after watching many hours of youtube videos) would the best thing to do be to buy a new head, encoder / strip and motor or has anyone got any ideas how i can fix this we have a business backing up and i am without a clue on what to do please help!!
