Roland SP300i missing nozzles

Hi
I have recently had a new Printhead but haven’t used it for a week. It has been left on the secondary power but the new Printhead is not firing properly. Can anyone offer any advice of what may be causing this?

Before suggesting a solution, I have several questions. Where did you get the printhead? Did you install new dampers with the head? How old are the cap tops? I do initially suggest reseating the head ribbon cables, with the printer unplugged...

It looks like you may have had a head strike from how the test print is curving on the yellow and magenta.
