Hello, I have a problem, my Roland XC-540 started to print very slowly after cleaning, it needs more than 17+ minutes, 0.5m 2. Can someone please help me, everything else works great, only this one prints slowly, I'm sending you a video

If it's networked, check all cabling and restart all of the switching equipment between the VersaWorks PC and the printer... this could be a glitch and data is being transmitted to the printer very slowly.

Thanks for the reply, but I failed, I reinstalled windows, reinstalled versaworks, did a factory reset on the machine, did a restart of the internet, and all the same again.

I don't have a connector on the machine to connect directly

If you are using Window Vista or newer, you can use any Ethernet cable you want to directly connect to the printer. This is just to test it out. If the printer starts printing fine when connected directly, your router is probably just toast.

I had that happen one time with my XR. It was a networking issue. The only other time my printer pauses like that is if I'm uploading or ripping too many files in VW at a time.

Update - Thank you all for your help, I connected the machine directly with an Ethernet cable to the PC, and everything works great. Does anyone know how I can solve what does not print well over the network?
