Need Help Roland v540 daily cleaning

For the last month I have had to clean my yellow head daily as the test print is 50 - 60% coverage only. Does this mean im "loosing my head"?

Does the test print look good after the cleaning? If it does it means that your cap top needs to be changed.

I usually do 3 - 5 "normal clean" before it starts spraying correctly and then it has to be cleaned the next day again

Can top provides an airtight sealing that won't let your head dry out. You need to change it every 6 month or so to have a perfect sealing.

I would just do the 6 month maintenance (cap tops, dampers, wipers, scraper). Kits range from $100-150, you can do it yourself if your comfortable or have a tech do it. Preventive maintenance is key.

theres a local shop that I use, but I've seen them on eBay at that price.
