It's OK. A few new features that are nice. RIP seems slow but may actually may be pretty good, but i have no experience with other RIP software to compare. Keep RIP speed in perspective that we are ripping for the new truevis printer. So it is ripping at a pretty high resolution. As compared to our versaworks for our versacamm lower resolution. It DOES NOT support the versacamm printer. So we still have to run versaworks(no longer being updated) and duel to run both our roland printers.

Had a few problems installing on win7 pro. Administration issues. But had no issues on win10 system.
Called for tech support on install for win7 pro. I would give them a poor rating for support. but our dealer rep makes up for that.
