Hi all, brand new member here.
I run 2 printers here at my job, listed above. (not my shop, I'm the graphics dept manager) connected via ethernet to a single PC using versaworks.
Both printers, without warning and at random times will print this blue stripe, usually ruining the job, and usually at about the 85% completion stage.
Does anybody else encounter this? The example below is from the SG, the VG does a much shorter one, but same width.
The randomness of the occurence makes it difficult to diagnose. I never know when it will do it so I'll never know why.
My tech is just clueless.
