Roland VG2-540 Damper & Capping Stations

Does anyone have instructions on how to change the dampers and capping stations for the Roland VG2-540?
Aparently, I have to have a technician come to me to do these basic repairs.
It will cost me over $400 just to get him to drive to my shop becasue I don't live in a major city.
