Is it common to have a lot of issues with a Roland VG2 series?

If so, how did Roland handle the situation?

how is Roland’s customer service after you bought the machine? After warranty?

does anyone own a Roland machine that hasn’t had any issues?

are these machines reliable enough to depend on for starting a small business?
