Roland VG3-540 Oversaturated shadows

We're printing banners and the skin tones, especially in the shadows, are oversaturated and turning orange. I've attached an example of the screenshot, and the final print. I'm still learning this printer. This is a Adobe Photoshop file and we're printing through VersaWorks. We're trying to get the skintone more natural and less orange. How can we do this?

I would start to look at your profile and then check your Rendering Intent in Versaworks and try a few different ones and print small samples...see if you can get one that prints less saturated...one of the rendering intents might actually be called Saturation so you def dont want that one on softer images...

Should be able to find a profile/rendering intent that will print less saturated but you might also try just printing in CMYK without orange if you have C M Y K O lK lC lM
(some change profile to match the media but I use Rolands own Gloss Vinyl Profile on everything 3M 40C, 3M 180c, canvas, etc so I know its putting down the same dots.)
