Roland VS-540 No ink while printing or Test Print

Hello !
I got a Roland VS-540 with nearly new Printhead, CapTop, Dampers etc.
Since a little time, the Cyan had totally disappeared and came back a few partially.
Now, all colors have disappeared while printing or on a Test Print.
But when I do a Powerful Cleaning, i can see the ink coming on the printhead...
Has anyone an idea of what's happening ?

New printhead, new cap top, new dampers. Cyan went out and all colors are out.

It sounds like the lines are pinched off. Depending on how much printing you've done since all of the work was done, it could be that the tech never opened the lines up after doing all the work.

I wonder if your choke isn't closed.

...although, that doesn't explain why you'd see ink coming out during a cleaning.

Not one nozzle at all firing and ink going into drain bottle.
Electrical: fuse, head, cables, board.
