My local rep says that 3M doesn't have a profile. Really? WTF? they sell this as a wonderful replacement for 3290!!!
Roland says they don't have a profile.
Most people use the 3290 EG profile, and it works ok, or they modify one. I found that heavy ink that is supposed to be translucent ( red in particular) gets blotches in it where it pauses between print passes over the vacuum holes! :( ......so really limit images that have large areas of colour if possible.

Thank you so much for your feedback on this. Our local 3M rep recommended that we start with the profile for 5100 or the IJ180-10 and to play around with the inter pass delay on our VS-5400. He had said that he didn't think the issue would be so much about the inks curing on the surface, but rather the heat/drying because of the rubber adhesive on this vinyl. Fortunately, we have been provided some test samples from our rep to see how this works on our Roland, but we will definitely try the 3290 profile you're suggesting as well. I'll post back to you later and let you know if we are successful and what we ended up doing to (hopefully) make this material work :)
