Need Help Roland VS 640 Printhead Problem

I am having issues with my Roland VS-640 printhead. I am running dual CMYK and all heads are
firing except one of the Magentas. I have soaked the head several times for either a day or
sometimes 2 days with no results. Does anyone have ideas as to what might be the problem?
I am going to attach a test print.

Have you made sure that the damper has ink in it? I've had a similar issue with my VS-300i.

They are located right above the head, as they connect into the head to dispense the ink to it.
