If the room temperature is good then check the head cables for damage or ink splatter. If they are dirty, change the cables. If they look good, just take them out and reset them. Make sue to turn off the printer and unplug it and then wait 15 minutes to be sure you don't cause any damage. Basically, there is a sensor in the head that measures the temperature around the head. If it is too cold it gives an error but if the cable can't communicate with the head it also gives the same error.
