Roland XC-540 Magenta Head Issues

We are wondering if it's just us or inherent to the XC-540... EVERY time we have an issue, it's the magenta head. We are currently on our fourth or fifth problem with that head. Is there anyone else experiencing this problem or is it just a strange coincidence for us? I've wondered if perhaps the magenta ink has a different property from the rest of the colors (viscosity, density, etc.)... Opinions/experiences welcome...

What issues specifically?

have any parts(cap damper, head itself) been replaced? the only inks that really have any negative effect on the heads are black white and metallic.

Running Roland OEM Max ink?

Have you checked to see what the shotcounts are on your heads to see if you are printing more Magenta than others? We sell a bunch more Magenta ink than other colors.
