Roll N Cut

Looking for a tool where we can roll the vinyl through, it will measure it and we can cut it. Need to cut a bunch of 4' sheets. Before you say just roll it out and cut it with a ruler/xacto, we will be doing 1000's. So we are looking for a more efficient way. Or if we can find someone to convert the rolls into 4' sheets.

Film Handler, They make a 60 and 72" model, you can set to cutter assembly(s) slit rolls down to any width(s) and pull to desired length. For larger rolls (50 yarders) you will need to 6" Roller Brackets, not the standard 3"s

If you have a plotter you may be able to do a sheet cut. We use our mimaki to sheet material for our screen printing jobs.

Thanks for the link High Speed. I was reading through the descriptions and found this " also good for chucking at dazed co-workers" lol
