i guess it is good we are wearing one out, but how do you replace the wheel?
we got one, but cant seem to get the apparatus opened up to pull the old one out and put the new in...looked on the site and utube but they just show applications. dont want to tug too hard an dbreak it,,, and have to buy a whole new one...or maybe thats what they are wanting

Pull apart the two pieces that are near the center of the wheel. They take a ton of force. There is a metal rod that goes between the two. Best way is to hold onto the foam roller with one hand and put your other hand with it's index finger in the gap between the red plastic and the grey wheel. Pull.
