roller stripes

Hello!

Im freakin out. I cleaned all rollers 2 times, cleaned head 3 times, and im still getting these roller stripes when printing. In paste, when i got them, they disapear after 0,5m printing, but today it is conversely. first few cm it is printing ok, but later on these stripes show up for about 15cm, then disapear, and later again show up, etc

We've had the problem in the past, as I remember it was the heat with some materials, try turning your heat back, maybe 5 degrees.

well... rear heater is now set to 24 celzium. If i want to lower it down, i will have to turn on air conditioner!

if i higher heater, some banding will apear betwen rollers... Im printing some full color surface...

yes, im talking about that one... is it front? i always mix them...

How many heaters do you have, I would think at least 3 if not 4. Preheat, heads and post heat or dryer. The one you need to try turning down would be the feed, if that doesn't stop it, try the one under the head.

it is vinyl. i printed already 15m perfectly fine. now i get this problems...

i have two heaters - rear and front!

it is Rockhopper 1 printer... i dont know where my signature went...

i get stripes only on few rollers... now im geting lines from first 5 and last 6...

research something about adding the foil type tape under the heater. I believe that's your problem

i already have foil type on connections of heat plates... do you think i should type it on whole heater?

I had the same problem with some banner media I bought from Lexjet a couple of years ago. The problem was with the media. Stilll have that roll if any body is interested I'll sell it cheap.
