Round cuts on 10mm Corrugated Plastic

Hi. We broker signs for some cheerleading teams. They like the 10mm corrugated material but we can’t seem to cut that into circles for them so we’re just offering squares and rectangles for now. We do offer 4mm round cut.

Does anyone have recommendations on cutting 10mm corrugated plastic into circles? Signs are usually 22” and have cut handholds as well. We need to make sure they have a clean edge.

Or does someone have a recommendation for a supplier who can do this for us?

We CNC it. You could get a router for $100, a bearing bit and hl manually cut them into circles with a template. It'd probably need a bit of cleaning up though

Look for a shop with a flatbed cutter with an oscillating knife, it will give you a perfect cut with no cleanup needed
