Suggestions royal sovereign 54

Hey guys, I have a royal sovereign laminator, it does not have heat assist. I am getting a constant silvering pattern when laminating car wrap material. I have some headlamps pointing onto the laminate as it feeds as of now to see if a little heat would help. But its still there, running at slowest speed as well. Should I crank the tension on the roller even more? Its pretty dang tight as it is though.

Any help or suggestions would be great!

Using Arlon 3220 laminate on Arlon cast vinyl.

How does it look a few days after lamination?
It should settle down. Just factor that into production time if you can.
We still get silvering with the heat cranked up and speed on slowest on our machine sometimes. Always goes away with time.

Watch your speed. I use 3220 lam on an RS laminator, and run it as slow as it will go. Very little if any silvering. What is there goes away in a short time.
