Need Help Royal Sovereign - St. Louis area tech support needed

I have a Royal Sovereign RSC-1650H that is in need of service. The roller when engaged down will not move forward, but when you raise it a tiny bit to take off the pressure, it will then go, but then there are bubbles on the print....so we have a problem.

The emergency buttons are not engaged and we have never had this issue before.

We are looking for a technician in the St. Louis area that can come take a look to assess and fix the problem ASAP. ~OR~ If someone know what the issue is - Please help!
