Did that and solved the problem using a different anti-virus but the Boss-Man is insistent on using McAfee because it's cheaper. I'm a little frustrated with him because I knew this would be a problem. Anyway I'm waiting on Flexi Tech support to call me back.
Are you saying that mcafee makes you subscribe and pay monthly or yearly? You know there are ones you can buy downright and that is all? Let alone get ones for free... I would just try to get him to use something cheaper... Just dont get AVG
b) Make sure your Firewall and Antivirus software are not blocking Flexi,Production Manager or the driver for the USB dongle. The following servicesneed to be allowed as exceptions in the Firewall software:
i. SAi Flexi
ii. SAi Production Manager
iii. Sentinel Key Server
iv. Sentinel Protection Server
