S2 Cutter trouble reading one mark

I have an S2 that we use for all of our cutting and cut out of flexi. I all the sudden am having a problem when it reads the opos marks it will read from the front to the back perfect and then when it moves to the left side to read the back to front it seems to overshoot the back mark and takes a minute to find the mark on every single cut job I do now. Since that started happening it seems to cut off on all of my cuts now. I have tried restarting my computer, flexi and the cutter. Would anyone know what is just suddenly causing this. It is only the one mark it has trouble on every time and reads all the others fine but every single job is that same mark.
