Question Same heads on a SP-300 and a SP-540V?

Hello,

I got an offer to take an SP-540V with dried up heads for free.

Today I have an SP-300, which works fine.

Can I replace the 540 heads with the 300 heads?

Is there a possibility that I instead can get the dried up heads working again?
I have an ultrasonic cleaner, and I'm thinking that putting the heads in isopropyl alcohol might clean them pretty good.

Thoughts?

Heads are the same- do not bet too much on recovering the heads.

I remember reading or being told never use an ultrasonic cleaner on the heads. As well, alcohol may have a negative effect on the parts, not sure, but the Roland cleaner is what should be used.

If the head is dead dried. It is about to throw away. Give ultrasonic a try. We did recover 60% from 0% but without 95% nozzle check, you will not have good print.
