sapphire blue vs cobalt blue

Is duracoat sapphire blue and zero 9 cobalt blue a close match for each other? I have use the cobalt in the past but have the sapphire on hand now. However, I don't have a sample of the cobalt to compare the newer ribbon's color. Thanks!

Haven't had Edge foils in years but Sapphire is definitely darker and Cobalt is more of a light Navy Blue.
