So I printed a couple small samples this morning and everything went fine. Now I trying to print the big job due Monday. I look over after its been printing for a few minutes and there is no ink on the vinyl. I stop the job and do a nozzle check and no ink. Any thoughts?

Not a good sign. Run a cleaning and confirm that ink is actually flowing into the waste bottle. If it is then you most likely have a blow F2 fuse on the mother board. This typically means that your CR Cables, Head Cables or the head it self have failed electronically.

I got a return call from a service tech and he said to try doing 2 or 3 clean cycles. If that doesn't work then I would need to replace the maintenance station. I told him it seemed strange that it would print fine one minute and 10 minutes later not put out any ink. However, I did three clean cycles and I'm back to printing. I have been limping along with a Life Time Pump error. What do you think about replacing the maintenance station?

You should have it replaced. It depends on usage but they should be replaced every year or two. Some people get lucky and they last three years.
