Seal 62 Pro Laminator - Top Roller Level Adjustment

My 62 Pro's top roller, left side is barely higher than the middle and right side. Picture attached of the inside of the cabinet, top roller area. Is there an adjustment to lower the roller a touch in the picture?

It isn't the easiest thing for an amateur to do. Do you work with Sonoma? I'd be surprised if their technicians don't know how to reset the nip.
