Seen this font before can not remember what font it is HELP !! :)

Here is a font I came across on several occasions and I never remember
what font its is, please help and thanks !

looks like Myriad italic to me

thanks mate , that is it except for the lower case "f" looks different,

Sorry, actually Vector Doc was right it is the Myriad Italic version..., I was too fast and never previewed the italic version of that font, originally it was my first suspicion as well , it is nuts how they changed the lower case "g" between regular and italic, kind of unexpected...
I guarantee I will remember this font to the day I die lol
