SEH print server

Can anyone tell me how can i get response from my SEH print server. I have InterCon tool installed and it finds the ip for the SEH but does not get response from the print server. Can anyone tell me what to do next.
Also i have the SEH connected to a router only but not to the printer yet.

The SEH is the printserver.

Hook up the printer.

Make sure your IP on the SEH and the your PC are compatible.
