Need Help Self-Adhesive Vinyl- Cut Through on HP Latex 335 Plus Print and Cut

New HP Latex 335 Plus Print & Cut User. (Just got it delivered 3 Days ago)

"Self-Adhesive Vinyl- Cut Through" is missig on our HP Flexi Print & Cut 21. (Please, find attached screenshot)

I'm strugling to figure this out for the past 3 entire days.

Our Supplier/ Engineers have no clue about it. I've asked several times during the training, too.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated

This is now located in Production Manager > Job Properties > Cut Tab > Job Options button (see attached screen grab).
