Selling a printer, wondering how much to ask?

I am moving next week and i would like to sell my Roland printer rather than move it. I am just not sure how much to ask. I know the correct answer is that it is depending on the local market and how much some one is willing to pay I was just hoping to get some advise on a starting price.

Its a 54" Roland Sol Jet Pro 2 (sj540). Comes with a take-up real, heater, computer, and rip software. Everything works.

I was thinking of asking $3500. Am I in the ballpark?

I've never owned a Roland, but everything you described sounded about like my Mimaki JV3. If I remember right, I got $3,500 out of it, so I'd say you are in the ballpark as long as it's in running shape and not a piece of garbage that has been neglected.
