When I am sending eps files to get printed at another company, I am losing the fills, gradients ,ect . What am I doing wrong? Would masking it help? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
Gradients and transparencies are generally non-transportable between packages. Each package has its own peculiar way of doing them. As for fills, who can say.

The only sure way to transport gradients is to convert them to bitmaps.

Every application handles EPS vectors a bit differently and on many occasions I have seen with both Flexi and CorelDRAW an inability to open its own EPS exports. As a long time publisher of vector clipart in EPS format, I can tell you that we always open any EPS created in any other program with Adobe Illustrator and, after inspection, resave it as EPS from Illustrator.

We have never had a complaint in 23 years of following this practice.

If you don't have a license for Adobe Illustrator, get one and you will fix your problem.

A lot of times you run into this when opening a file that was designed in another program. Usually, if you juts load it into the RIP without opening it in an editor first, it translates properly. The same thing happens with fonts. Open a file with a font in it that you don't have in Flexi designer, and it will look funky. Open the same file in production manager and the font will work just fine.
