sequencing vinyl cutting in flexi

On my Graphtec I have it set so that if I ungroup everything that the cutter cuts everything as it comes through on the x axis and does not go out 8 feet and then back again line by line. This cutter runs off sinlab but my Summa ruins off of flexi... I have set it up to do the same although I have caught it going out to far and then coming back and cutting in the wrong spots via material slippage or something strange. Where is the setting to cut everything as it comes through the x axis?

OK here is a perfect example of what this cutter does. I am not sure if it is the service loop that causes it or it really has issues.

so you see the zero in the area code in the first pic is completely cut wrong and now in the next pic you can see the entire piece which everything else is otherwise perfect. The whole graphic is less than 3 feet wide. I for the life of me have no idea how it can miss the cut like that.

Now on that note the cutter is a Summa d140. how if possible can I turn the service loop off. That is hte function of measuring the material before cutting and then repulling more as needed. I have a sneaking suspicion that if the end of the roll is not cut perfectly square at 90 degrees the cutter loses memory as to where it is.
