Serious Issue with Versaworks

Ever since I attempted to manipulate my cuts lines in coreldraw X7 the beginning of the week, I have had some serious issues with versaworks. Long story short, I was trying to see if I could create a perforated cutline for my Roland SC 545EX. I watched and followed a youtube video someone posted on here about how to go about doing it. Everything seemed to go well in corel, but when I brought it into versaworks, versa works crashed every time I clicked on that file. After having this issue, I deleted the color palate the cut line was created in and deleted the files which contained that cut line. I tried versa works again with other files I had already printed and everything seemed normal. I have since deleted every cut file I had in versaworks and attempted yesterday to print a new file.

My problem is, now every time I attempt to print any thing from versaworks, it crashes! It doesn't seem to matter what file it is. Has anyone ever heard of something of this nature and is there a remedy for it other than deleting versaworks and re-installing it?

Extremely Frustrated! :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Not sure this will help, but our RIP server has a habit of randomly opening a second instance of VW. It runs in the background an creates all kind of havoc until VW locks up.

Hit Control + Alt + Delete and see what pops up. I did this yesterday and sure enough VW was listed twice. Got rid of both, rebooted and all was right with the world.
