Service for Mutoh Falcon Outdoor in Houston

Does anyone know where I can get my Mutoh Falcon Outdoor 46" printer serviced in the Houston Tx area. I recently bought it and changed out the heads, dampers and caping stations but am having issues with the colors being mixed up and am not real sure whats wrong, I'm a total newbie.

Your print head is touching the capping station and the inks are getting mixed up in the lines.

That is my guess.
Make sure those little nets in the capping station are secured and that the sponge from the capping station is not pushing them up.
