Maintenance Manual for Falcon Outdoor 48

Hi, Is there anyone who can send me a Technical/Maintenance Manual for Falcon Outdoor 48. Ink is comming through one head only(KCLm), the other lines are also empty where as I put all new 6 cartridges. Can anyone give me any clue wher should I start looking.

I have a FAQ file for Mutoh Falcon, just sent out by email.
But we did not have files about Toucan now.
