Setting up media in Onyx

Newbie here struggling with new media. Is new media have to be entered in both the epson edge dashboard and the onyx system or in only one place. Sorry I know this elementary to most. I am not seeing Briteline in the system so I assume need to find something comparable. I assume our Epson surecolor s80060L will print differently based on the media.

I'd recommend finding the 3m equivalent and rolling with that... I'm HP but you should be able download print profile on computer, import it into onyx then it should transfer to printer.

You can download Briteline profiles for Onyx here: https://www.grimco.com/info/SoftwareSupport
On that page, select your printer and a window pops up. Scroll to the media you want and download the profile. Make note of where you save the file because you will have to import the file to Onyx's Media Manager. You don't have to do anything with Epson Edge Dashboard though there are some profiles available there too. But there are no Briteline profiles there.
You do have to create and set up the media on the printer's control panel.
