Settings for the media type

I'm new with my mutoh 1614 I know THat I can to save 30 type of media
I need to print in
Banner 13 oz
Vinyl Adhesive
Backlit
Magnet

How is the setting for this media type?

What is the different in the type of media and profile?

I set it all in the rip. I never saved those settings in the printer.
