Just had my first look at Shopvox with Kevin and I have to say that I am very impressed.
I can understand why they needed to develop a new product, they built it from the ground up on a much stronger foundation with a lot more power.
The user interface is much easier (and the reason I am looking to switch because my wife and production team have a hard time with signvox)
It doesn't quite do everything that signvox does, but it does everything I need it to do and for a lower price.
If you are considering new software, or are on signvox, I would suggest you give Kevin a call and setup a webinar.
Overall here is the list of things I took away
1. User Interface much easier to understand and follow
2. Fully customizable pricing structure well beyond what is possible with signvox.
3. Customizable workflow allows you to tailor workflow per job type.
4. Able to add customers and other information without having to go to a dedicated page. (a signvox annoyance)
