Should floor vinyl be varnished?

Just printed my first floor vinyl on a Latex printer using

Textured Direct Print R10 Floor Vinyl 150mic

My question is, do I now need to protect it somehow ie varnish? Tia

Can you elaborate a bit? As in putting a wax finish over the floor graphic? If that's the case, I've seen that done so the entire floor has the same surface, but I never understood why people did that because when the graphic is removed there is a spot which needs to be waxed again. I'd also be afraid of the legal implications of not having a UL rated non-slip surface.

I wouldn’t put anything over it it if your using the proper material and laminate.

I see a lot of them in stores but I always wondered about the slip and fall lawsuits.
No thanks,

Supermarket blames you not the spilt milk.
