Sign jet pro jx2100 software problem

First of all hello, I'm new on here. I'm currently doing an internship in a Digital Media company who owns a Signage Company which has the above machine.

I've been asked to get this working but I don't have any software, for example drivers. The model I have here is one with a Parallel Port and I'm flexible on what operating system its to run on. I would prefer windows but I'm happy with linux if thats the only option.

I can't seem to find any information online about the software and since I come from and engineering background I have not had any exposure to plotters.

Could someone point me the right direction please.

I have another quick question where wouldn't I get a needle and holder for it.
A US or UK company will do just fine.

Like I said signage is new to me. Any how I found them, on ebay and I got fries with that
