~ Minimum 3 years sign industry experience
~ Must have knowledge working with neon, troubleshooting, transformers, testing neon and finding shortages
~ Must have knowledge working with sign ballast & lamps
~ Know how to trouble shoot electrical issues
~ Knowledge with low power voltage / LED
~ Knowledge with bucket truck and crane truck operation
~ Capable of removing sign cabinets / faces and installing new cabinets / faces
~ Not afraid of heights
~ Must be able to pass a drug test for INDOT
