Signabond on cedar posts?

Would appreciate tips on how to screw signabond (Dibond similar) sheets on top of square cedar posts (4x4s). Ideally with a flatter type screw (type?) that would not damage or rip the signabond with winds, etc.

S/S pan heads...make the hole in the dibond slightly larger than the screw and dont tighten it
