We use this same material with no issue on eco solvent. Only thing I can see that may have an issue is it it’s 100% ink coverage and printed with UV

It’s all about your print!
These will most likely only cling on the side that does not have ink since they probably print with UV ink.
I would assume that's why they go through all the questions when you order of which side of the window it will be clinging to as well as which side it will be viewed from.
Especially since its the clear version and they have to put white ink down it's definitely not clinging with white ink.
