Need Help Site Survey Template

Good morning ALL,
I am looking to see if anyone had a Site Survey that they use, and wouldn't mind letting me use to modify for our needs.
We do a lot of vehicle wraps, and interior wall graphics... I am working on making it a bit more seamless between Sales and Design, so I was going to do a couple of different templates... would LOVE any and all suggestions on how to make this easier for our whole crew, as most of our Sales staff are unfamiliar with how to take critical measurements for scaling etc.

Those things are a dime a dozen on the internet anywhere. Google it and you'll have your pick from umpteen of them. Find the one that fits your needs and copy it if you don't know how to create one of your own.
